Visit your Strava settings → Apps and Devices → revoke RunMirror's access. Your data will be removed from RunMirror within 7 days.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email me from the address connected to your Strava account, and I'll confirm deletion within 7 days.
Why don't I see all my runs yet?
RunMirror syncs the last 5 years from Strava's API on connect. For your full history, use the CSV import on the Mirror page — it covers everything back to your first run.
How do I cancel my sustainer subscription?
Email me, or use the cancel link in your Stripe receipt. Cancellation is immediate; you keep RunMirror access through the period you've paid for.
I think one of my numbers is wrong. What do I do?
Send me a screenshot and your Strava username. RunMirror is a mirror — if it's reflecting wrong, I want to fix it.
